about summer pickles

Hello! this is my blog about crafting, being a mum, opshopping (thrifting) adventures, domesticity and other bits and pieces...

Once an inner Melbourne professional gal,  in Sydney for a short suburban stint and now in the beautiful Southern Highlands of NSW, I am adjusting to country life, and balancing everything - the paying job, the postgrad study, the crafty adventures and most importantly, being mum. I live with my very lovely hubby Mr Pickles, and my beautiful boys - the Gherkin (4), Little Pickle (2) and Baby Pickle (new). Oh! and of course James Brown The Pug and The Ladies (our three chooks) - Goldilocks 2, Milkshake and Egg.

I used to have another blog too, http://www.pugandpickles.blogspot.com/,  about my family life, but I am trying to cut down (!) and bring all of my life into the one online space.
